    Is it really a permutation?
    it only stated "4 officers", and doesn't specifically stated the positions. It is stated as a set.
    So its just like a problem where instead of "officer" a "committee" is involve.
    With this, for me its combination

      Actually yung answer 967,680 nagkamali po si sir pero nakuha nya to sa 8!=8×7×6×5×4×3×2×1=40,320 and 4!=4×3×2×1=24 and i-multiply lang ang mga results 40,320×24=967,680 yan na ang answer. Thank me babaeng hamster sa ATHENA😉
