The fact that the 13 mini almost has the same screen size as the 7 plus and is considered mini.
We love a good tech advancement! So odd how the screen size is the same hahaha

the screen ratio 21:9 compares to 16:9 on the 7 plus makes the screen area of 13 mini a lot smaller
@@mariancedeno5466 120hz is the same no matter what huh? 120 frames per second won't look better on different screens. That's like saying a truck driving 50 miles per/hour is moving slower than a car that is also driving 50 miles per/hour

Omg lol I just upgraded from a 7 plus to the iPhone 13 mini yesterday! I got mine in the new green and so far I love it the screen granted is smaller but it’s so much more powerful and faster than the 7 plus and I absolutely love the cinematic mode on here like legit never going back to filming any video in regular video format!

Love the mini size and the pink colour! However I have opted for the Sierra Blue Pro because I like the ProMotion and as I love creating tech contents, I am looking forward to try the ProRes once it’s out.

@@ShayHayashi so you have to buy apple ones and it helps their income more. It also means there is only one hole for both headphones and charger rather than two to make more space

I still have the IPhone 11 which is still really good. I’ll probably upgrade when the 14 Series come and it’ll make sense because this year is my final year of Secondary School (High School in the UK) and this year is my final exams so if I do well then hopefully I can upgrade

Hello! Can I ask how long is the battery life? I've been thinking of getting the mini since I like smaller size phones.
@@chelseastar12 it depends on your use. If you are a person that is always using the phone during the day, you will have for sure to charge it in the middle afternoon. But in a normal use you don't need it. I think it lasts like 6-7 hours of video streaming/camera use/all services on etc. But it last me the entire day with a normal use

I literally got this a few hours ago as my main Christmas present! I was NOT expecting it at all and I was so shocked when I opened it. I never told anyone that I wanted a new phone, I really didn't expect getting anything like this. I guess my mom just really knows what I really want. I'm so insanely grateful, since my old phone, the IPhone 8+ is kinda old and worn out. Merry Christmas everyone ❤️

I love these types of videos! Also quick question: how is the battery life so far? I am thinking of getting a 13 mini because my current phones battery life is around 1 hour
This site says its about 8 hours and 41 min of screen time (www.tomsguide.com/news/iphone-13-battery-life-tested-all-four-models-compared). I've only had it for a day so I can't really comment on it but I always recommend people to keep their old models and just replace the battery if the only issue is the battery!

@@stephbelle56 It's actually pretty easy to transfer all your info from your old phone into a new phone. It just takes some time to do it. Also switching from the 8+ to either the 11/12/13 would be a big jump so I would recommend looking at the differences in specs if you want to save money & getting the older model too. But yeah I would switch if the phone doesn't perform the function it's supposed to (in your case to call someone LOL) and you have the money for it

i'm at iphone 7 plus too rn and we are planning to upgrade this year with either 12 or 13( not the pros because it is costly), is the 13 good so far? it is a huge upgrade from the 7 plus, omggg
Any newer iphone is better than your current iphone lol. But if you wanna choose between iphone 13 or 12, i think it just depends on your budget cuz right now Apple has lowered the price for 12 and 12 is still a good phone that can be used for many years to come like legit. But if you have more budget, then go for 13.

I agree with the previous comments. Any upgrade to either 11/12/13 would be a huge one. I would consider if the features between them is something you actually care about. I got the 13 mini because of the color and the size but I know I gave up on the battery size by doing that. So keep your budget in mind & choose the one with features you actually care about (you can do side by side comparisons on the Apple website too)
@@ShayHayashi the 13 series has improved battery life, screen, processor and other stuff so I guess i'll go with the 13 mini instead, i'll try to upgrade to 12(not the mini) or 13 mini/ regular 13 before this year ends
