Sorry for all the jealous people, but that is such a heartwarming experience. The animals are very well treated, this is far from being stress or torture for them. They are super relaxed. And the money helps to support the 3 panda stations and to rescue the panda population. The people who work there do really love the animals.

You know how a dog can be aggressive if you approach them while they are eating? Pandas are not like that, they do try to steal food from each other all the time but they don't fight for it. I spent 4 days volunteering at the Bifengxia research base in 2020, loved every bit of it. The grown ups were super chill, the baby pandas would chase you to the end of the world like a little puppy.
