We Hugged Pandas in Chengdu, China!

- I've known Justin for almost a decade and as long as I've known him, it's been his dream to hug a panda. I'm so happy we were able to make this a reality. We weren't allowed to film the actual hug but it was so worth it. There is nothing fluffier than a panda bear. I was very impressed by how much care the sanctuary put into making sure the baby panda was not stressed by the experience of meeting us. That day only 6 people were allowed 10 seconds each with the panda as it happily chewed on bamboo. All money raised from the donations required to have this experience go straight to the panda's care.

What are the charges?
You can always go back to take the pict again but the previous baby panda you hugged with would have grown by then! So every pict is unique & precious!
I would cry too if I get so much as sitting next to a panda. I totally got emotional with while watching. I didn’t know they still let tourists close to panda like that. I thought they changed the rules to protect the pandas.

Hey I think your country is amazingly beautiful I love the architecture and bamboo forests and especially pandas since they’re my favourite animal in the world.I’m from England and I’ve been to Edinburgh zoo to see the giant pandas named yang guang and tian tian and I loved it but now the uk has no more pandas since Yang guang and Tian Tian have flown back to china and I hope they are doing good and also hope china gives England zoos like whipsnade zoo a chance at breeding pandas and making their future bright and good for themselves God save the pandas.

I was there 5 or 6 years ago and back then they were not yet so protective at least I wasn't sprayed with panda dung. When it came to my turn there was a shift change which was amusing - one panda was leaving to take a break and the other was coming in to get hugged while chomping on honey-dipped bamboo. They get a shift change every 30 minutes or so for doing so much hard work.

Why didn't you travel to Yunnan (South of Colorful Clouds)? The scenery there is relatively primitive, and the scenic spots are better protected and especially beautiful.

I thought the hugging pandas were banned already. It’s still on. There have been so much criticism of this using baby panda making money. Baby pandas get sick easily of germs from outside. That’s why they have so many rules.

But they say from november 2018 they take away the offer of hugging a panda, it's real or not? Because we were making a travel to china for this main reason and also travel all around china
