Honestly the sensation it doesn't last long and the effect to plump doesn't as well . I suggest to use it before layering your lips so u can overline it
I’m always confused about when to remove the excess… should I wait a couple of minutes? Until the tingly sensation goes away? When? 🥹
That's what I do . I mean depends on how well u are in pain . Usually I think to get the most out of it you wait till the spiciness is gone
