Love you reviews. But not a fan of this burger place. The pattie is 2 oz. Thats a 1/8th burger. So sad. Makes you wonder... Where is the Beef??

The first mistake is going to In-N-Out
$2.30 for fries is criminal.
Made my 1st smash burger at home last night,surprisingly it was better than any I’ve eaten in franchises inc in & out.
The chips were better as well.

Also ask for your buns to be extra toasted. They will yell to the back to the grill "extra toast" just to make sure. All the toppings can make the bun very soggy so extra toasty is my choice go to.
When my son "The Cajun Ninja" went to Vegas last year he did a video on "In and Out Burgers" We do not have any close by where we live, but their burgers look awesome. I absolutely enjoyed this video. Ya'll explanations were so spot on and easy to understand. Not sure if the burgers will be going up, but gosh the plain burger for $2.95 with no charge for toppings. I could get 2 of those with a regular fry, and a root beer float and be in Hamburger Heaven for well under $20. Shoot, I might even get a large fry, under done or not just give me the ketchup and its gonna taste awesome. I really love watching ya'll videos and hope your channel continues to grow. As for my son April 6 they are doing a photo shoot at his house. We will be boiling crawfish for the shoot. He is coming out with a cookbook this year and already has his own PIYAHHHHH Seasoning in over 200 stores. Just wanted to share that with ya'll. Well keep making those videos and I will be sure to keep watching.

Derek has been over exaggerating his facial reactions lately and now that he does it virtually every time, it doesn’t feel as authentic. Still really love this power couple though. I spend more money on food than anything else on a trip, but not every meal is michelin star dining :)

I was an old-time subscriber of this channel back when it was just Derrick, and he had goofy vids of himself going around these buffets. And then his channel kind of disappeared for a bit, even though it was a hit.

I love hamburgers cooked on the flat top grill, it gives a crisp edge on the patty. In n out is great wish we had one near us!
I learned a lot in this video. I never new about their spread being available in packets.

If you want three patties and three slices of cheese, you can ask for a 3x3 (three by three). Extending that, your custom burger might be referred to as a 3x1 with extra grilled onions only. I've ordered 3x3s at multiple restaurants and they always knew what I was talking about.

I’ve lived in Southern California all my life, surrounded by In N Out’s. I didn’t know a lot of what you could order until my daughter started working there. You can order the patty well, and even the bun extra toasted and even add pickles. The best thing about their food, it’s all fresh, nothing is frozen. Simple menu, and reasonable.
In N Out website lists all these “not so secret” menu options. I’m surprised you never heard of the basics like animal style” and “well done” from your fellow Californians

Fernando...I know its a matter of taste, but I completely agree. Yeah the burgers are good and the fries sub-par, but the worst thing is the lines! No burger is worth that wait and I've tasted better. The big plus is that the employees are always excellent and the line does move pretty fast!

In N Out’s mistake is doing the fries fresh. Proper cooking is done twice. (1) to blanch the fries and cool them, then (2) do that actual cooking. In N Out skips part one so the result is poor

You can get a neapolitan shake from In N Out. The normally mix all three flavors. But, I used to ask for the shake to be layered- vanilla on the bottom, strawberry, and chocolate.

You explained all that quite well. About the fries, there are also cheese fries. That's just animal fries with no spread or onion same price as animal fries. Also, you can get regular fries with up to two toppings(excluding cheese, of course) at no additional charge. If you add a 3rd topping, then the price goes up to the higher amount 😀
Probably a favorite for a lot is a burger & fries. Burger/Shake Shack is much better the Applewood bacon is fantastic. Your channel hits the sweet spot for foodies! Keep it up!

I use to hit the one on Sahara on my way home from the strip almost every time I went out. That's where my obsession with In-N-Out came from! My Grandma lived off of Decatur at Country Club estate's and I walked in with a strawberry shake and a double double but I get the sauce on the side cause they just put too much on it. My husband's obsession is with their salt! I was out in February and when I left he said bring me back In-N-Out salt, he puts it on popcorn cause it's super fine!

@@electrictroy2010 Thank you for replying. I understand, and plan on eating at some of those places. I don't have In & Out here in Florida, so it would be something different, even if fast food. My brother in law, who lives in Vegas never mentions In & Out, which is probably why I have never tried it before in my last 7 visits. lol
My wife was on the keto diet and would get her Double-Doubles protein style. I tried it but it was just too much lettuce and too messy. However, I found out you can order one using whole grilled onions OR two tomato slices as the bun! Keto-friendly, sounds delicious, but obviously messy to eat.
I switched to Snappy Burger! Give those burgers a try! And when you park, it's like a mini drive in!!!
Literally just tried the Trioicana one and the drive thru line was too long. Might try again tomorrow on our last day. Thanks for the tips!
