    Ingredients:👇
    For Steak Marinate:
    1.95 Lbs. Beef (Extra Thin Sliced Beef )
    3 Tbsp. Calamansi juice
    1/4 Tsp.Black Ground Pepper
    3 Cloves Minced Garlic
    1/4 Cup Soy sauce
    For Beef Filling:
    3 Boiled Eggs
    1 Medium Carrot (cut into sticks )
    3 Pcs . Hotdogs
    3 Pcs . Dill Pickle ( cut into sticks )
    For Sautéing :
    5 Tbsp . Cooking oil
    1/2 Medium Onion Chopped
    4 Cloves Minced Garlic
    1/4 Tsp . Black Ground Pepper
    1 Small Can Tomato Sauce
    1 Cup Water
    1 Knorr Beef cube
    1/3 Cup Pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp . Liverspread
    1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour for Dredging
    Add more water if needed ..
    Add salt according to taste ..

    Marami na akong naKitang segment sa pagluluto ng Morcon. Ibang ibang style ng late mother namin. Ang pambalot ay manipis at transparent na galing din sa baka at using a string din. Ang sauce iba - wala pa akong nakita sa pagluluto ng iba, everyone is different. My mom’s Morcon and the sauce is superb truly especial malalasahan mo ang ingredients ng Morcon.
    We are from Pampanga.

    Naalala ko dati, ang ginagamit noon na pang balot ng morcon ang transparent na parang film na parang nag ho hold together ng intestine. That was in the 60s noong bata pa ako sa mga fiestahan.

      Yung 15 minutes po yung in between palang ng pag luluto ko ,pinirito ko pa sa una at pinakuluan pa sa huli..tsaka sobrang nipis lang po ng beef na ginamit ko..nasa sa inyo naman po yun kung gaano po kalambot gusto nyo sa morcon nyo..medyo iniwasan ko po kase malamog ang palaman sa loob..salamat po and Godbless you po..😊

      I used Beef Chuck po thinly slice but I recommend Beef sirloin is better and easy to tenderize when simmering..Thank you po and Godbless!😊

    Masarap po yan pero parang nag skip po ng dalawang ingredients na livers spread at yung pineapple juice 😅😅😅😅

      Ok naman po sya kc sobrang nipis lang po ng Beef and I suggest gumamit po kayo ng Beef sirloin para po madali syang lumambot..kc kung sobrang tagal ng pag papakulo nyo malalamog po yung carrot and Pickle na palaman sa loob..Salamat po and Godbless!🥰
