If I recall correctly, Syann voted for Lauren for her lack of support for Jordan and Fabiola for her performance on flatbread during that elimination. She wasn't a devious cheater at all. Syann was asked by Gordon what the RED TEAM'S DECISION was. That means those who voted for Nicole were playing the game of eliminating strong competition.
Syann didn’t want to pick the better chefs she got picked by Gordon to say who they were and her “teammates” were the ones who said Nicky didn’t have as much cooking experience like the rest and they were the ones who wanted to vote them off and not get rid of the bad chefs. So little bit in the wrong with her she was basically forced to go with those nominees

My oldest sister was a chef. Once when I was transitioning between jobs she got me a job as a server in the Chinese restaurant she worked at. I was decent at that but the BOH staff amazed me! They stayed calm and polite, working like a well oiled machine during rushes.
But I know that's pretty rare-I had visited other kitchens she worked at briefly before that. Often, chaotic action and plenty of cussing! I couldn't survive in that atmosphere.
Funny thing is, I was a healthcare provider for 40 years and was known for being pretty calm under pressure. How that works idk.
Being a chef is so tough. Insanely tough!

Half way through this video and there hasn't been a single instance of cheating. The closest to cheating would be maybe nominating 2 strong players for elimination. But this should be called times chefs in HK messed up our something like that. Slow maitre d, blaming the oven, trading food and dishing out food with the same spoon are not examples of cheating.
I was thinking the same thing. Like there's only 2 or 3 examples of them actually cheating. When I clicked this I was expecting something like "red team stole food from the blue team" or something like that.

Cheating is when you intentionally break the rules to help or harm someone.
Real cheating would be examples like Andrew taping the door, Michael Wray intentionally sabotaging Ralph at the pass even though that was done to determine who's the most qualified chef , Ben from S5 trying to hide a key ingredient from the others during a challenge even though it was stated by Gordon that everyone should be sharing everything . Most of these highlights are just pretty much mess ups .
Actually it's pretty well known among former contestants that the temperatures/settings of the ovens and the locations of ingredients change every few services to trip people up. This is to ensure that each cook has the diligence and caution to check over these things properly before cooking.

No, simply ‘cheap excuses’ or ‘breaking the rules’ do not count. For example, sneezing on a dish would break a rule but that wouldn’t be counted as cheating.
Cheating is when you break the rules to give yourself an *advantage*. Something that many of these do not classify in (especially the first one).
Basically, this is just clickbait. Just a heads up for anyone watching.

I just watched this episode to see for myself, and goddam. He 100% was spouting off just because she was a woman and smaller than him. There is no way in hell he would have said anything he said if it had been Chef Ramsay chewing him out like Andy was. The worst part is that she was just double checking how he was cooking the Beef Wellington so that he didn't SUPER overcook any more.

Yeah. Keith was pretty much an egotistical dickhead for most, if not all of Season 2. And when he's finally eliminated, his remark and attitude during it, says all.
When you try to add something to an order for Gordon Ramsay, most of the time you’re shooting yourself in the foot because either you add something and he doesn’t notice and he likes it

The mistakes her other teammates made that night mustve been Bad cuz a teenager couldve waited tables with more ease
Surprised on some of the missed ones, like season 8 Vinny strongly suggesting guests don’t order sides and I’m pretty sure a couple of chefs tried serving food from the trash can (found season 3 Jen and trash can pasta for one). There were also a couple of times chefs used pre packaged or canned foods for challenges.

What about the women in the newer season that made it into black jacket. She decided that Ramsay was wrong and that you dont vote for people based on skill but rather based on how long you were cooking for. Even after Ramsay flat out told her no, he doesnt care, she still said she was going to vote based on that. Mainly because it benefited her since she was one of the most seasoned chefs. Then she threw that logic out when she was paired against someone else who was cooking longer then her.

Anton sounds like the guy from Top Shot who was a former Marine and got pissy when his team started voting for him to be on elmination because they were tired of his attitude, and he eventually quit because he was tired of having to prove himself week to week in the elmination round.

what about the one that tried to hide the ingredients during the replicate dish challenge. I couldn't remember what is was but the challenge is to guess all the main ingredients that were used in Gordon's dish and replicate said dish.
