Will read more about CZcams arch as well although I never understood that even though UDP is fast for streaming but CZcams still uses TCP (although now TCP is also catching up) to avoid packet loss, will love to see a video on analysing this decision 🤔

any managed service will be extremely expensive compared to building your own infra for live streaming

I thought IVS is also under the managed service category. They handle all the infra, scaling, encryption, encoding, recording. Just need to plug in the stream keys and you’re good to go.

i have also observed if you click on a pirate website which they stream live videos (during the finals also)/ tv channels, a 10s or 15s fragment of video also get replayed again and again, means the video is seeked(playbacked) back and forth
