I myself was confused for this coz my friend is gonna start his new venture and I have to take care of all the tech part . So , I wanted to know the nuances , pros and cons of these providers . Now , I am sort of clear on what to use for the hosting .

3. How to make something big in current time( which tech should one choose)

should go with serverless frameworks like hono or others or stick to express or Choose Next js for everything.
What to choose for side projects - Full stack.

Mehul bhai if we use vercel and cloudflare as reverse proxy that can affect seo or not thank you for awesome content.
One word skill issue, no doubt it takes time to setup everything, but we always pay either for convenience or development time.

In present time captcha's are also not able to prevent attacks as using various machne learning models can easily bypass it, infact i saw there are many companies who actully provide services to bypass capchas
some companies also hire workers to solve them

i've never deployed a windows/mac server in my life. most people use linux unless you want to run something highly specific (like xcode build), no use of running windows or macos otherwise. they're expensive and often not required.

yeah it is a good choice when costs are increasing and it makes sense at larger scale.
