MY build is nearly finished. I bought one of the Harbor Freight Bauer rolling toolboxes. At its Heart will be TWO Lipuls 12 Volt 100 Amp Group 24 Sized Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries. I have an 80 Amp Circuit Breaker inline for each Battery. I did this in case the Battery Makers Over-voltage Protection does not work. This morning I finished the Control Box for the system. It has TWO Powerwerx 10 Amp Charge Controllers for Lithium Batteries. Controller 1 is for my main system for Field use. Controller Two is completely Autonomous from Number 1. I simply have TWO Controllers in the Control Box in order to facilitate one other person being able to charge THEIR Smaller devices at the same time.
(I ultimately will also Have an independent External Input interface in order to work with higher Powered Charge Controllers.)
Also in the Control Box are Two Dual USB output Pods; All four USB;s are THREE AMPS OUTPUT. To finish off the Control Box are Two !3 Not Sockets that are activated from a Single Switch. The "Control Box" is made from the SMALLEST Harbor Freight Hard Case. Back to main Rolling Box: (t also houses an Allpowers 100 Watt holdup Solar Panel, a Harbor Freight 1000 Watt PURE SINE Inverter, and a 35 Amp AC Charger for use when Grid Power is available. In addition, I will also have the Cabling and will if needs be BUILD all of the Adaptors I might conceivably ever need for ANYONE else's system. My end goal is to have a personal Solar "Generator" which will interface with EVERY Commercial unit presently being made. I hope to have the entire MAIN System up and running in the next Two Days.

Don't forget a 12V Jump Box works great too. Pulls double duty.

Diy is better than buying high cost power station, aside from gaining knowledge you already know how the system works.

I was thinking you would have a list of materials used? Nice unit, well thought out.

During actual SHTF there’s gonna be a lot of cars out there not working because of no gas or even because of an EMP. Those lead acid batteries are 12V if you have a 12V system you’ll have your pick of 12V batteries just in case.

It would be nice to see the internals how you build it . Nice video!

Thank you, I'm building myself one. And can't get enough how others do build it. 😅

What about removing the 30A fuses to increase efficiency

      How does that work?

@@mnight207 fuses generally dissipate more heat than surrounding wire, if you remove it there should be less loss due to joules effect

@@mnight207 you're welcome, I'm not sure if it really works that way, maybe somebody could confirm ou correct me
