Back bending: a warm up exercise

- I do this toward the end of my warm up. You can do it once you have a strong and comfortable cobra. It's hard to grab your feet, so make sure your shoulders are warm. Try to rock back and forth.

is it really that hard to do that? I mean u can do a headsit, and chest stand, you have gotten pretty limber when it comes it back bending but it seems like even this is hard for u, is there anyway to work up to it?
