in Aurora/RDS the ssh access had nor been granted because of managed instance. You have the flexibility of using insights and you can analyze 1) By checking Amazon RDS Performance Insights to find performance issues if applicable for you. 2)use pgBadger through EC2 instance to download PostgreSQL logs from RDS and generate pgBadger html based reports.
