We have a 2017 19 foot 6 SS semi off road. We have done about 40,000 km in it so far (not much) it’s been up as far as Cooktown & across to Coober via William Creek. It has weathered some fairly horrendous wind & some hail! It doesn’t leak, it’s not cold or hot & we absolutely love it! Congratulations on a fantastic presentation on THE best caravans on the roads of Australia & NZ!! Well done J, Nic, Jacob & all the crew 🇦🇺💙🍻

Hey guys, just starting to open my eyes to Royal Flair Caravans, and right now, my impression of the Royal Flair Piazza, and honestly, I just have to say it......... WOW!!!!👍
    Good job!
The showing of this Piazza, was that it was 2021! At that time you did not have an articulating hitch, or independent suspension at that time? It is my understanding it was then, and this is now, & I see you addressed that!
How much time does it take to make a unit start to finish? Of course a price fully loaded?
You have my full attention! You are a very quiet gem, just waiting to be discovered & shine!
Does the Piazza come with bunks, or.can you change that space for an office perhaps????
I am a full time RV nutcase, I just love everything RVs. I am a 64 year old Canadian man, and if you ever want to break into the Canadian market, send me a unit, I'll test it, camping in Canadian winters is the true test in my opinion, & I love giving my opinion! What do you say, think it would pass the test?????

Thanks Bob, great indepth coverage of the construction. When I started to see a few Titanium vans, I wondered what they were really like after their owners raved about them. Now I know why, they are obviously good quality Australian made Vans, with excellent fitout, full support and warranty! Having seen how they are made .. might need to add one to the cart👍

Interesting to watch. Gives you an idea of what’s involved. One thing I noticed in the wiring up was that 230VAC wiring touching the 12VDC? Doesn’t AS3001 which references AS3000:2018 prohibits that? The PowerPoint in the bathroom is in the prohibited zone for the basin and shower. Just saying.

Looks great guys. Love the small manufacturing. I would take out the claim of rivets are stronger than welds… it not true but rivets are a great way to assemble this and a lot more practical than welding. I think id like to see shot in foam insulation in the walls. It would give the walls a much better R value and sound insinuation and a huge boost for a selling point. Something to consider. Love the pride and organization of the crew. Seams like a great company.

Nice looking van, but the wiring is just not right.
I understand they don't have to meet any standards for the LV portion.
I know all vans are the same, but how do you fault find or replace a wire in that?
It's stuff like that which let's down good products.

Sandra Westley from the UK do you not use any insulation in your build, haven’t seen any go into the floor or walls. Insulation keeps the cold out and the heat out, like all the steel chassis but the rest just looks like ply wood.

Wooden floor glued to the chassis! Really? And are those walls made of wood screwed to an aluminium frame with polystyrene as insulation??? In this price segment (expensive), you would think that there would be a metal sandwich type floor, two sheets of aluminium with glass-fibre reinforced plastic between. The same material used for the walls and roof. It has excellent insulating properties, durable, can flex with the movement of the vehicle but still very strong, and extremely light.
Wood and polystyrene are the cheepest construction materials being used in a so called high quality product. Shocking 😮
