I thought Lilly was the leader, but that's clearly not the case. It would be shocking if the leader was another returning character, especially Arvo. That would be interesting because it would be a major development for his character. He started off weak and scrawny, but is now a tough and hardened leader.

I think the leader of the Delta should remain anonymous. Now, the people at the Ranch, though...if someone there was areturning character, that would make it more reasonable to believe how traumatized Clem was from whatever went down there.

There's something interesting about all of this. You see...Lilly and Abel talked about a WAR. So there are at least two side to this conflict, right. One could be the bad side (Raiders, I think) and the other could be some sort of a good side. And in this good side, CHRISTA could be leading things

How about this: maybe the deltas are at war with the new frontier under the leadership of Javier since max mentioned back in episode 3 of season 3 that Joan is on the war path with all the raids on peaceful communities and now javi had to defend Richmond against the deltas thanks to Joan's violent policy with the other communities
I don’t think there’s a good or bad side though... unfortunately both the Delta and the Northern Community are both groups just trying to get by. Just so happens that they both run into each other and not get a long very well. In fact the Northern Group is winning which is why the Delta was taking more children to fight as soldiers. If it was the Northern Group though, they might have done the same if not probably worse. In the apocalypse especially Twd there is never a good or bad group. A group can try to be good at the start like the new frontier but when things get desperate then raids and kidnap recruitings are things that communities would resort to. You can argue that the northern group could be lead by Javi but even after he promises to lead the group in a better direction, he could still resort to desperate measures like if another winter destroys all of their crops then the only options to rebuild would be raiding a community for supplies or stealing supplies. Just tryna clear up that both groups would end up being bad.

Y'know I've always wondered something: A small spoiler for A New Frointier...
What if Clementine never dropped that tree at the beginning of the game? Not sure if anyone else asked this before but I just wondered, would it be a better choice for Javi and his family. Finding his brother, going back to his family (would Kate and Gabe die from the walker attacking them?) Would Badger listen to David if the group show up during then? (I'd figure not based on what he said to Javi about knowing him and David were related earlier) and so on. Just a thought though anything could've happened.

I strongly think Mike maybe returning, he originally had the death where you could shoot him, Telltale later removed that choice. And why would they do that? To bring him back at some point, it’s been 6 years and he’s probably changed a lot since we last saw him.

Well here’s the thing, Telltale games already said before everything went down that 3 to 2 returning characters are gonna happen and this isn’t of course counting Clem! So that means for Surely 1 possibly 2 more characters are gonna show, I am hoping that it’s Arvo to at least get revenge and it doesn’t have to be him as leader he could just be their as another fighter potentially. Or it could maybe be Christa but she could ather be at the ranch which made her be like she is or maybe we finally run into her randomly idk but I do believe, it’s ather Arvo, Christa, Tavia Or Molly. Those are the 4 that I think could or will show up in the last two episodes. And Remember they don’t just have to be at the raiders group, could be other places!
What if Vernon is the head leader? The character from S1. As far as we know from 400 days, Vernon "lost" his group from escaping on the boat it was nothing said that he died .Also, I don't think Tavia would be a leader nor capable for sending people to bring kids back to the camp..... I just don't see it.
+Alternative Clementine tavia could have learned the advantages of having children as soldier from her experience with clem who damn near took down carver by herself. As far as vernon... i like the idea of him surviving cancer and the apocalypse this long. It would make a great story. I also remember him wanted to take clem from lee which could be the reason why he'd want the children...interesting

I know im super late to this video but we know that there was some sort of explosion at Wellington if you leave Kenny, and james says there fighting a war up north. So what if the delta raiders where fighting against survivors from Wellington. Or the leader of the delta raiders could be someone from the new frontier since so many people you have the choice to kill. Also it is possible that the girl from the starting of s2 could be the leader since you never see her die, and most of the characters you never see die have came back. ex: Kenny and Lily. She shows that she will shoot a kid if he/she try to attack her and also rob kids. Or they could be fighting the whisperes because in the tv show we know alpha does not die till negan kills her in s10 e12, and james explains he left the whisperes because they raided a town. Or the whisperes could have started the delta raiders, because they are capable of killing, raiding, and maybe kidnapping. Although the game ended I would still like to have some loose end tied up. Like what happened to charecters like molly and james? They just left, and never came back but we know they are capable of handling their self and can kill a few assheads. Although it would also make sense if they both died because james does not like killing walkers and molly was depressed after he sister “died”. Totally unrelated but a female with no name is referred to as “jane doe” and jane has a lot of similarities to molly. So what if molly is jane and jane is just trying to escape her pass. Also we never know if mollys sister died if I recall so what if jane is Molly sister? Idk its 12 and I dont know what im doing and im getting way too deep in thought

If crista comes back it's water as a rescued prisoner of delta or a trader. If Arvo Returns it won't be until episode 4 likely when most of delta has been attacked

She is determinant (can be dead depending how you play) so I don't think they would put her in it won't make sense to most players.
Cian Mulvey We actually don’t see her die. You can leave her in the herd of walkers but she is badass and she could’ve used her skills to get out. She can come back like Kenny did

I'm guessing the delta group have a leadership structure similar to ANF. Maybe Lilly is head of recruitment or something. It would be nice to see Arvo just so we can take revenge.

@@Crimsonlee2XX thinking about it how did arvo survive the zombie apocalypse at all? There's no way he could outrun them with his limp. Also he was completely on his own with a revolver he couldn't hold without shaking like an earthquake had hit, trying to hide medicine in the trash for some unknown reason. Arvo is actually a symptom of poor writing and I think telltale just wanted someone unlikable to shoot Clementine so they could input a Lee flashback. He'll probably be left with an unknown fate, or like Wellington won't be canon anymore.
I always pictured in my head that the leader would either be Joan or Clint and the group their at war with was Javi and Richmond. The Garcia's have been deconfirmed unfortunately, though Joan/Clint could still be possible.

I wish to see more characters return like Christa, Mike, Bonnie ,Arvo and so on . I really wish some of them return. I really want to take my revenge on Arvo for shooting Clem. And seeing Christa again after so much time will be very awesome. Also Molly's return will be awesome. Maybe at least will find out Christa's what happened to her . Maybe the guys from season 2 who attack Christ and Clem where the Delta group. Who knows? But I really want at least another character return

Late comment but whoever is in charge probably has a background in the military, law enforcement or anything that requires a person to be remotely tough. Seen some comments about Christa or Tavia being in charge, but I can't see either of them establishing authority over individuals such as Lilly or Abel. Don't forget that Lilly also has a military background, meaning that she likely won't settle to be ordered around by somebody who doesn't have more or at least as much experience as she has. Also seems like this Delta group has been forming ever since the start, just like with the New Frontier. It takes time to build a paramilitary of that size and especially with all the material they have (a boat). Also note that they got full-grown horses which definitely took them some years to feed and breed with one another. Whoever the leader is, it's definitely someone capable who most likely has plenty of experience in warfare, resource management and other vital qualities.
Nah I definitely think it’s Christa. She’s gonna have changed a lot. It’s been 6 years when she got separated from Clem by raiders which may change her view on the world, such as survival of the fittest and take what you want, hence why she may have started the Delta and she’s raiding other communities for their own survival. We saw how much she changed between the events of Omid’s death and the time skip when her and Clem were at the camp fire, I definitely think it’s either gonna be Christa or maybe Tavia as you made some good points.

To be fair, the apocalypse would do things to people so it could be anyone. Clem went from a little girl who couldn’t kill a walker to being able to kill walkers and humans at ease while taking care of a little boy and surviving.
Finally someone is talking about the group who goes with the lady in the 400 Days DLC. I was kind of wondering how would they fit in the full story.

We need to have a mini delta arc in the tv show. Since Lilly fails to recruit more soldiers maybe whoever is behind the Delta sends Soldiers to recruit from Alexandria and Hilltop knowing that they have a lot of children there.
The game and comic are in the same universe, if the Delta arrived at Alexandria and Hilltop to take the children, we would've saw it, that never happens.
i'm a bit convinced it's christa because she's a bit like lee. if lee wasn't played at the main character, i'd 100% see him as the delta leader. christa just seems like she'd know how to run things, like lee did.
Ok so this is a little mad but what if one of the St. John brothers did run the community, don’t judge me I just think it’d be cool or if not one of them a relative that they’d hidden to keep safe in case things got violent with the people they were gonna try and eat. is war and delta vs Richmond vs new coalition lead by Christa and Molly and one more lead by Mike and Bonnie so it's 1 vs 1 vs 1 vs 1 and Richmond is helping Clementine and they finally defeat the whole Delta coalition so the it's 1vs2 and Clementine is kidnapped by the last coalition by Christa and Molly and they send her to Mike And Bonnie and Arvo arrives and they lock her in cell where they hate her and ask her stuff and beat her and the only one who can save Clementine are AJ and Javi and Louis and they 3 spread out to look for her they caught AJ and lock him with Clementine and Louis dies trying to protect Javi so he can save Clementine and AJ and in the final Christa for revenge for her unborn child she kills Javi too and Clem kills Christa
Arvo end up beaten really hard by Clementine for revenge bacouse he shoot her and Mike and Bonny takes AJ and talk with Clementine after that Mike end up eaten by walkers and AJ bites Bonnie and Clementine jumps after Javi is ( shoot/dead ) he cames up his whole body with blood and shoots Bonnie's legs and then says Clem AJ you don't need to see this run and AJ and Clem go to their home and Javi and Bonnie was never seen before Molly only survived and she have nothing she is begging Clementine for mercy and joining them AJ whispers to clem I don't trust her she tried to kill us and Clem have choices Kill her or send her outside on her own - this is the end

No but really it’s probably that girl then she knows that that’s Aj and can tell him about his dad. Tell him that he’s a bad person because look how much of a murder carver was.
