Mine overheats every time I run it, even on 2s. It was a nightmare dealing with Horizon Hobby. I'm fairly disappointed with the whole experience. 😕 it's a good platform, though. Needs a better esc
I bought the 6s 150 amp esc out of the infraction because mine would overheat as well. I also bought the bigger motor out of one but have not installed it. The esc was plenty and she screams now. Also did the hot racing spool with mod1 upgraded steel gears 36s/26p. I bought an infraction mega for my son, that will eventually get the 3s system and motor from the vendetta in it and I'll probably add an extra cooling fan on the esc to help it from cutting
@Breezio69 thanks, yeah I am planning on getting the 4s esc. See if that's better. It is a nice car except for the overheating. Dealing with Horizon is a real bummer also. The car has good bones, though.
@@KOFPV I actually did the full swap today on my son's infaction mega, we took it out on the stock mega gearing which is 57/15 (vendetta is 50/20 if i recall?) and it still went into limp mode on a 6500mah 50c 2s pack (he was basically doing donuts the whole time amd thats a big pack with a lot of run time)... probably be doing the same and bumping up to a 120 amp esc or another brand altogether, maybe a hobbywing?
I did the same. I bought a vendetta and an infraction mega for my son. Swapped the 3s system into the mega, bought the whole 6s system from a 1/7 infraction off Jenny's for less than half the price of new and put it into the vendetta. I also stole the body and all of the chassis stuff off the mega and put it on the vendetta, because the vendetta is fugly... so now I have a 6s vendetta mega, and a 3s mega vendetta. 🤣

You must have a faulty esc,mines fine on 3s
