  • Attorney Kevin Gough motioned again for a mistrial on Friday, Nov. 19, 2021 in the trial. He was denied by Judge Timothy Walmsley.
Arbery was shot and killed on Feb. 23, 2020. Cellphone video leaked to the public shows two armed white men in a truck approaching the 25-year-old Black man as he runs down the road. One of the men, later identified as Travis McMichael, and Arbery struggle over McMichael's shotgun before Arbery is shot and collapses.
Travis McMichael, his father Gregory McMichael and William "Roddy" Bryan, who recorded the video, are all charged with murder in Arbery's death.

Why do people believe so easily the fake media narratives? Why is it so easy for the establishment media to take a random case and make it "high profile," then fundamentally distort or lie about every basic fact, and have millions who reflexively believe their lies. The simple facts are these:
      >Crimes of theft/robbery from various cars and from a construction site in the area.
      >Guy fitting the description, who was caught on video wandering through the construction site, is seen in the neighborhood
      >People living in the neighborhood call the cops, but knowing it takes some time for cops to arrive follow the suspect
      >The citizens do not attempt to hold the suspect by force but they are armed. They are NOT threatening anyone simply by carrying arms and they are NOT pointing any weapons at the suspect. (Good reason to believe a criminal may be violent- and yes, we have prior video of Ahmaud violently resisting arrest with cops. Look it up.)
      >The suspect (who IS the guy they're looking for) rushes one of the guys following him (probably doesn't want to deal with cops) and TRIES TO TAKE HIS SHOTGUN BY FORCE.
      >The suspect gets shot and dies.
If the suspect was white we wouldn't hear about this case due to the controlled media ignoring the massively disproportionate level of black-on-white crime (doesn't fit the narrative). And if the suspect was a sensible person, of any race, the whole thing would have boiled down to "uh, I'm not the guy you're looking for. You called the cops? Whatever, that's fine. (Cops arrive.) I'm not the guy you're looking for, officer. Sorry about the thefts and stuff but here's my information and good luck finding your thief." A sensible person would not get shot because a sensible person wouldn't try to disarm by force a concerned citizen who suspects they are responsible for a crime!

CANCELLED: Re-defines the phrase, “Getting the consequences for one’s poor behavior.” Getting fired by your employer after they see deplorable and racist behavior is legal. But the far Right don’t abide. Before cell phone video cameras, White Supremacists (and Karens) were literally getting no consequences for their repeated deplorable and illegal behavior. No defence so let’s go for a mistrial, again and again and again and again. Getting boring now.

She called him out on his tactics. Be just as racist as you can get away with on camera, and then complain about the people outside the courtroom protesting _your_ racism as being detrimental to your client.

What's interesting to me is as he's arguing his motion, instead of looking at the judge, he's most often looking at the audience... I would gather he's trying to provoke people in the audience into being disruptive.

He thinks that if he annoys the judge enough for a mistrial, he might get it.
