Update: Developer has updated game, there was a bug that's why I got no items. Basically You get items, and consuming those You refill satiety and pleasure gauges. Btw inventory is accessible by clicking on those gauges. When You got full inventory You must go to temple (stand near those towers) and then play oblivion melody to clean it. (melodies are in video)
