It sounds like this is basically saying they are going into camouflage mode instead, but will be there more than ever but looking for people without their guard up.
Won't affect diversity in hiring, if diverse people with the necessary skills apply. It's what you can do, not who you are.
Lib's idea of "diversity" means getting rid of all white people. We can't help it if white people are the ones with the qualifications and education to get positions. That should push the "diverse" folks to BE BETTER, shouldn't it? Guess they don't want to be better, they want jobs handed to them because they are too lazy to work for it.

@@WH0oo... That's a whole other can of worms, but I know what you mean. I just don't like the anti white/anti straight position of many dei experiments. I'm all for people being judged by their actions and abilities, not by group association of any kind. Two wrongs never make a right.
@@B.b.b... Rascism, Sexism, Genderism, Mono Religion is also rampant in Utah which doesn't leave a level playing field. Once these are corrected most protective laws would be unnecessary, thus the most qualified by merit would be picked/hired/elected. Trump as the 45th proves many believe the ends justifies the means and are morally bankrupt.
How others demand others to live as they deem. Time to go back to the basics. Constitution only.

It is a wonderful thing to support all students. Getting through College with a marketable degree can be daunting. Check out the curriculum for Any Engineering Degree. I always told a joke as a student walking across the Univ of Utah Campus and encountering a Frog hiding by the Chemistry Building. PSSSSSTTTT, it waved and got my attention, " ya..hi. If you kiss me I will turn into a beautiful women and we can go an a date". I looked at the Frog, stooped down and put it in my pocket. The Frog protested, "Hey, kiss me and we can date and be friends!". I smiled at the Frog and answered, "I am an Engineering Student. I don't have time for a girlfriend. BUT A Talking FROG? Now THAT"S COOL!
I doubt the frog will swallow. Engineers are like nerds, clueless to what matters most in relationships.
I support this change.
