I put “million/aire” on mine and I got about 3 emails out before I was “talked to” and I said hey y’all opened yourself up for that. If I identify as a millionaire there’s nothing you can do about it. Point made, and I have normal email signature like always, minus any pronoun crap.

Between mid 1997 to early 2007 I had the misfortune to work for Motorola in Plantation Florida. (It is a sub city of Ft Lauderdale). Up until that point in my life I had worked for sensible businesses or was self employed. WOW did I get a shock. All of a sudden I found myself in the most juvenile situation. Every five minutes there were drug tests and the most mind numbing sexual harassment 'classes'. There were various "team building " exercises and a host of other woke wastes of time. The black employees, specially the females, knew how to work this like experts. The whole atmosphere was of being watched. This was only inflicted on the factory employees none of the management or engineering levels suffered this. The factory workers behaved as if they were still in school. Many saw this as an extension of their parents and the classroom. It was pathetic. I used to go in then excuse myself to go to the bathroom and never go back. it was ALL insulting to my intelligence. Meanwhile the upper management was looting the company and making the most ridiculous decisions which ultimately put them out of business. Motorola, as you grew up knowing them, is gone, it no longer exists. When you see the logo in your local phone store that isn't Motorola. They bought the rights to use the name.
I moved out of Florida because of cost of living and it’s too crowded (23 million people). Grady Judd was my sheriff and Desantis my governor. They both do good work. Just too many damn people moved down there. I feel for the 12 native Floridians still left. Most people can’t afford to live there anymore. And just try to get homeowners insurance.
