    600 gr crvenog luka
    300 gr mrkve
    1,200 kg svinjskog mesa
    Zacini: So, vegeta,crvena paprika, biber, cili, lovorov list
    500 ml tople vode
    Priprema:
    Luk i mrkvu isjeckati sitno i staviti da se dinsta neki 15 - 20 minuta.Za to vrijeme isjeci meso na kockice. I dodati da se dinsta uz povremeno mjesanje.Toplu vodu dodavati po potrebi,Dodati zacine i ostaviti da se lagano krcka.Tako kuhati nekih 2 sata.Ako zelite da gulas bude gusci na kraju razmutiti kasiku brasna sa malo vode i dodati u gulas i ostaviti para minuta da se zgusne.
