- IT'S FINALLY HERE! The most requested thing that I've ever been requested to do on this channel. Finally after all these weeks, here is my cover of James's Theme from Thomas and Friends. Since James's Theme was so heavily requested, I wanted to spend extra time and effort on this cover to make sure I did it to the best of my ability. I really hope you enjoy this cover!

This one aimed at others: the version of James' Theme here is actually James' Triumphant Theme from Troublesome Trucks. He has a Jazzy theme which is more widely recognized by fans, but hearing this rendition of the Triumphant Theme is amazing!
Thanks man! I'm really glad that you enjoyed this! As for the version of the theme, I didn't realise that there was more than one version of James's theme until I was halfway through the making of this cover! However, a subscriber of mine (Brian J. Fagan) has previously made a trumpet cover of the jazzy version of James's theme. It's a really great cover! And if there is already a great trumpet cover of the jazzy version of James's theme here on CZcams, there isn't really much reason for me to do the exact same thing so I decided to continue working on what I was working on and complete my cover of Triumphant version of the theme!

I used to watch this show as a kid, but I don't really remember any of the tunes except for the main theme. Hearing you play all these songs from the show makes me wonder why I forgot them, though, because you make them sound so awesome!
I also used to watch this show as a kid, and also don't really remember any of the tunes too well. However, I get plenty of requests to make covers of tunes from Thomas and Friends and whenever I go and check out the different tunes, I genuinely really enjoy them since the tunes are generally fun, lively and upbeat! And because I genuinely do enjoy the music, I am more than willing to make covers of tunes from Thomas and Friends!

Wow Thank you so much. I'm actually currently working on a cover of Percy's theme. If everything goes plan I will have it done for the 19th or 20th of August. I've just finished all the music recordings today and should be able to do the video recordings and editing next week in time for the weekend (19th or 20th of August.)

Nice, this is such a catchy Thomas theme! I like the greyscale that you used while either of the pair of trumpet parts were resting. I really enjoyed that piano outro as well

Yeah. With so many different parts, this cover was definitely one of the most time consuming ones that I've done! However, it was still a load of fun to do and I'm really proud of how it turned out! I'm really glad that you loved it!

Strange but i've only played trumpet for 4 months and almost nearly have the same tone as you. Is it normal because i'm primarily a tuba player and played for a year. 8th grade band student here. i guess it's just my trumpet since it's for beginners.

You should pull out the third valve slide when you play a low C# so that its more in tune but all in all its great
Yeah I know. Those low D's and C# are always a pain! I try to make sure I pull out that third valve slide but I must have forgotten. However, I was able to fix it in post so it still sounded good!

Well, maybe you should! Doing this is something I find super fun and you probably would enjoy it too! Also, it really improves my trumpet and piano playing abilities! My improvement since I started making these videos has been tremendous I'm always trying my best and still improving to this day!
