    This was cool I'm about to buy this wm. The only thing I'm missing there is an outdoor/sport programme as I have on my current wm.

    One of the worst things about choosing a new appliance is the model numbers. Why can't they give models meaningful names rather than an incomprehensible string of letters and numbers? It means that when reading reviews you often find the model number doesn't quite match, and you don't know if the review is any use!

      It might look confusing but all you need is a breakdown table online. For example the washing machine in this video WW90CGC04DAE/EU:
      W - Washer
      W - Front Load
      90 - 9kg capacity
      C - Developed in 2023
      04 - 1400 RPM
      Usually the model number categories are in descending priorities, so every Samsung washer with WW90CX should share the same internal design, and problems, if any. The same logic goes to every manufacturer and every appliance.

      It is annoying as hell because it change so often you can never read reviews from users that have used it for en extended amount of time. A machine that has worked good can never be bought again.

    I honestly don’t like the look of these and don’t think they should’ve discontinued the previous WW range before, I don’t like my 2019 WW80 samsung since it’s so faulty but i’d rather take it’s design over this

    Honestly, I kinda almost don't like this machine because of the sound being different and weird. I like the looks of it but not the sound. So, in my opinion, I rate the machine 3 or 4 out of 10
    Although I'm not from the UK, that design of the machine doesn't sell in my country, Singapore.

    Mine has just come this morning is it normal for it to make a light tapping noise when building up too a full spin?

    • @lords-electrical
      @lords-electrical  Před měsícem

      I'm not sure it should do as the machine should be bedded in when first used. I would keep an eye on it over the next couple of days and if it continues contact the retailer where you purchased it from to get them to check it out.

      Is it possible that your floor isn't perfectly level so when it builds up the speed it would "rattle" or "tap" a little? I've just ordered one and it's coming Sunday. Really looking forward to getting this. @@mllg3

    Why on earth is the naming of washing machines so messed up? Do they make a new name every day?

      Mine is currently awaiting a repair....it's only 9 months old! Will never buy a Samsung machine again!! PS - Samsung customer service, in my experience with this machine, not good!

      @@mick1406 What is the problem with it exactly?

    • @mick1406
      @mick1406 Před měsícem +1

      @@zanussi_and_aeg_fan The machine simply refuses to cycle - not filling with water, no drum spin. Nothing. I did a full reset. I checked and cleaned drain hose, I checked outlet /waste, checked connections, taps but nothing. I did get one error code suggesting a 'draining' problem but after spending 30 mins on phone with a Samsung adviser checking everything over, I'm now left waiting for their service engineer to show up - two weeks & no sign yet! Machine only purchased 9 months ago and has been run in accordance with Samsung guidelines Also full 2.5 hour 'drum clean' cycles ran as machine alerted me it was required. This has really put me off Samsung!! Had a Whirlpool previously which lasted 5+ years and I thought that pretty bad TBH! But 9 months! Samsung having a laugh.
