Spark plugs should be tightened using a torque wrench to a certain tightness, usually measured in Newton Meters or foot pounds. The actual number can be found in the service manual for that vehicle.

When i removed my plugs they were bosch super 4's multispark plugs. I replaced with what i was given from autoparts guy NGK 2087 but the yaris wont start with the new ones. Any ideas?
NGK 2087 are compatible with that engine. Are the plugs all tighened, the ignition coils properly connected to the top of them and the wiring connectors clipped back onto the coils ?

It should have 4 spark plugs like this one. Be careful not to over tighten them !
