I didn't remember much on how I grew to love his content, but I remember knowing him through my brother. A few days before the Mr. Beast duel, I remember him asking me who would win. Me knowing Dream more than Techno, I had chosen the former, and my brother the latter. After that, I watched Techno's analysis of the duel, and his methods of telling a story in a witty humorous way is what captivated me and it just spiraled from there.
I grew to love him even more during his grand entrance in the Dream SMP, and it just continued as he became one of the major characters in it and had impact the lore so greatly. I was so excited to draw him in my next animatic: 'The Fall', because I liked drawing him in the 'Techno vs Dream' animation, and more importantly, I can also continue the lore of Techno's hair design haha.
On November 16, after a huge lore stream, I tweeted out if any of the Dream SMP members could message me if they have any available clear audio that I can use. The only person who ever approached me was Technoblade, and was so considerate to make a separated recording of the entire stream which was so awesome!! Especially that so many people was just talking over his epic speech. What I find funny is that despite the recording having no game audio, and other people talking, I could hear the classic clicking of his keyboard that might have been louder than him in some moments.
On that same month, he became one of my patrons and I remember just fangirling so much. I didn't know how to thank him because I was still very anxious about messaging larger creators, thought my way of appreciating someone is through gestures. And so 'Hog Hunt' was made, which was pretty centric towards his character that he plays. I tried to be not as biased and give most of the members their moments, but this one's an exception haha.
After that, I made a few MCYT animations and slowly fell out of the fandom, although I would rewatch some of his videos that I really liked, such as SBI related content, Potato War, and videos with Skeppy. I would look up in some of Techno fanarts because they had the most creative designs of his character and I'd love each and every one of them.
Despite me slowly moving out of the fandom, he still continued to support me through patron. I did felt bad because of it, especially that he was going through a tough moment at that time. He did stopped, and it kind of felt weird that I was relieved. But I believed he needed it more than I do. That was the time I finally decided to send him a proper thank you message for everything he did. Not only did he supported me, but the rest of my family and my relatives.
That was a few weeks after the unfortunate news, I was having a break out of the internet loop, and so I had to hear it from my brother. I was in denial for 3 days and heck even now. I felt so regretful that I might not have thanked him soon enough. And yet I can't help myself but admire how despite what he had been through, he remained the cool, witty and funny person that he had always been even to the end. And the impact he left with everyone is now louder than ever. He had helped so many of his audience even if those actions can't be seen by many, he still helped so much anyways.
So with all that, let me say this again:
Technoblade, Thank you so so much. For the laughs. For the wits. For the skill. For the content. For the inspiration. For the community. For the friends we made. For the kindness. For everything.
If he ever read this, I bet he'd cringe. Good.

It's so strange how it feels like he's not even gone when you rewatch his old videos. But then once you've rewatched everything you re-realize how much you miss him.
Its hurts so much, I didn't even watch him when he was still with us but looking back at his legacy makes me want to cry.

im watching this video again a year later and im happily smiling knowing that im lucky enough to of been alive to see technoblades content. he was such a talented and funny individual and even though his life was cut short he will be remember forever because hes left an impact on the world he left behind. rest in peace alex
I'll be honest, I never really watched technos videos. I would watch him in other videos and I would watch compilations of him but I was never really a huge techno fan. However I remember hearing people joking about his death in school and my heart dropping. I had to wait the whole day till I got home to confirm if it was really true. I ugly cried that day. I don't know how he got through, but he doesn't seem to be causing too much trouble." as they both look onwards at him building his little cottage in the snowy woods.

If you remove one it’s possible. If you count every thing, almost impossible. And listing off his most proudest accomplishments like being unmatched on a tournament full of other talented people or getting his own rank on the most popular server in the most best selling video game of all time. And ofc being considered the most talented minecrafter and being cemented almost from the beginnings is only going to be possible in a thousand decades. And this is only a few of his most impressive avchevments (English is my third language, also kind of thanks to technoblade)
Techno personally said he would go take down the kingdom of god, and now he doesn't have to reference Sun tzu, he can ask sun tzu himself, he didn't leave us, he just went on a training arc, so he can be the king of another server like he always does
We're just not there to see it this time
Just to say the day when the news droped, where i live, it was cloudy the whole day with no sign of blu sky behinde that curtain of clouds, which is not to exceptional considering where i live, but it was particular because the whole day those clouds were pink (which knowing all the physics behinde i understand the phenomenon, but the whole sky was essentially lit pink and that's not something we see everyday). Then i started seeing thunder going off but weirdly enough it was going off only in a certain spot in the sky and with you're eye you could destinctivly shape the area around where it was happening which was a bit strange not to say less, then my cousin (which doesn't live that far away) messages me about how the sky is pink and is thundering like crazy (he seemed to be way closer to the thunder then i was cuz it looked like a normal thunder unlike from my prospective) and he was joking how there must be a boss battle going on or smtn, and when thinking bout all those things togheter i hint him about it. And despite these are likely all just strange coincidences you can't help but wonder

We thought he was improving while he was fighting worsening stage 4 cancer, we didn’t know he had a chance of dying until he was already gone. I miss him sm. I went into therapy after he died for unrelated reasons, but honestly hes part of of the reason im still alive to this day. He helped me hang on when I was dangling by a thread. For that, thank you Alex. My biggest wish was to meet him someday. And maybe, someday I will. I hope he's in a better place now. But he didn't deserve to go through any of that.He is such a big inspiration to me. Myself, along with others, will make sure your spirit and name never dies. Thank you Alex, for everything.

Before I watch this video, for the millionth time, I need to say thank you, again. It's already been over a year and yet I still think about him so much, still watch this to remember him. It is a beautiful tribute. Thank you for creating this, for sharing your stories, and for helping us all. His memory will live on forever, Technoblade never dies!
Technoblade is person to truely idolize. His positivity, “mostly” selfless nature, and endurance truly separates him as a person. His career showed that no matter how introverted, one can still make a lasting impact on the world.

Its been roughly over a year and a half now. I still can't believe that he is gone. The legacy he left behind is insane, he still shows up on my recommended, and then I'll watch the video. After the video is over, ill remember that he is no longer with us, and ill feel sad. This is just my perspective as a viewer, someone who never knew technoblade. Thats why I respect Techno's family so much, especially his dad. His dad stood strong infront of an audience of over 13 million people, and told us the news. That truly is the work of legends.
Its been a year and i keep going back to this, missing him. I love his videos and cant stand that my kids can't watch him in the future.
