Short Video of The Fuel Injection Tester I Bought.

Got this off of a slow boat from China. It will be a basis for a flow testing and cleaning service business, but it needs work to be absolutely accurate.
The pump did not work when I received the tester. I had to modify the PWM board to get it to work. Then the pressure drops when you start the test, so you have to over-adjust initially to have the correct pressures. That works just fine until you run through the cycles that the pulse widths vary constantly, such as the various acceleration tests.
I will either build a closed loop PWM control for this, or use a constant flow bypass regulator and run the pump at full speed to ensure that the pressures do not vary.
