Just picked up a CT150 to help with a stuck open injector on a customers GSX-R600.. Glad I caught it before he tried starting it. Bike sat up for a while. Using Sea foam and mineral spirits in mine.
I would probably invest into putting an inline glass filter on that blue hose that goes from the top so it doesn't recycle dirty particles over and over again as you keep testing it, unless it already has a filter somewhere in the machine, thanks for taking the time to make this video
It has a sock just like car fuel pumps it’s real similar people swap out the factory pumps to 255lph units for a more stable fuel pressure while running tests
Can you do the ultrasonic cleaning and actuate the injectors while they're bathing? Just actuate then submerged without connection to any rail or pressure. Will this make any difference or possible damage?
Yes you can as actuate the injectors while being sonic cleaned, it does make a difference. It works pretty well, just have to be careful on the amount of time you run them.
Thanks for your explanation friend, I have a question, can I also clean and test Diesel injectors with this? and there are also certain injector types that cannot be cleaned and tested, such as BMW MERCEDES TOYOTA VOLVO
i got a question if I have oem injector 1pin hole @ 243.8cc p/m and swap for 4pin hole 232.1cc p/m, will the 4pin hole spray more fuel than the single pin hole? can the 5.9L magnum benefit from 4pinhole vs the oem 1pin hole?
That one is over my pay grade. I would imagine google would be a better resource, I'd be able to test them with this machine and see how the act different and difference RPMs. But more fuel isn't neccesarily better in a gas engine. You want better atomization which the 4 hole should do, and all you're really trying to so is hit say 12 to 13:1 fuel ratio. So unless you're leaning out there probably not much to be gained
I have no idea how sprint's work, my assumption is not, but if it's a normal solenoid injector it might be possible. I'll see if I can google a picture of one
There is no difference in test fluids. You can check anything. No one shows the cleaning process and how it is cleaned. To check, a pressure of 40-120 bar and regulation of the length of the injection pulse are needed czcams.com/video/q9GRbMS9vvw/video.html
@@townsendliving9750he's probably talking about the filter basket screens in the injectors themselves. Most modern MPFI port injectors have a tiny filter screen in the topnof the injector that is easily clogged and often overlooked by most people.

That is high pressure .Would be dangerous with a glass filter there.

Dig the video but for future ones when there is something like that beeping going on shut it down quick it's loud in video .
Otherwise good video
I realized Berryman melts the plastic screen button area and mineral spirits work great without damaging the screen panel area
Yup, actually going to have to build another tray out of stainless, it started leaking cause I melted everything
Hi. How you mixed that solution? With water? Thanks.

Probably being thick here, how do you stop the liquid from draining into the tank when you stop the programme? Mine just drains away.
Took me less than 10s to realise you have the middle handle down - I’m assuming that’s it 😂
Sounds like you got it.
Instead of using B12 Berryman, have you tried running mineral spirits?
Yea, I use both, usually whatever I have on hand
Are the fluids reusable or better to recycle?
They are reusable but they evaporate, so that's one issue. The other issue is the rott or degrade. So you do have to buy alot of fluid.

Can you use this machine to clean sprintidiesel injectors?

@@townsendliving9750 I'm sorry.. spelling.. I mean Sprinter diesel injectors, same injectors are in Mercedes gl350, om642 engine
@@RuvimAbaras yea I understood, the problem is it being diesel, works at much higher pressures and much higher voltages, but it might work, not sure
What type of liquide do you use

Will the connectors work on EV1/EV6 injectors?
Yes, they are basically just spade connectors. They should work on almost any injector.
dude replace the screens
What screen?
@@townsendliving9750 lol, injectors usually have screens on the fuel input side: czcams.com/video/ohJ1XCn9Jrs/video.htmlsi=CGwJUzOxYtqfoYtU&t=190
