Using the telescopic boom is the safest way of depositing/collecting loads rather than driving in/out.

Hi there. You should be able to do a conversion course for each of the categories you fancy. Contact your local training provider and they should be able to point you in the right direction. Highlight your current skills and experience and they should be able to help you. Many thanks. Andy

Hi I’m just curious to how much money telescopic forklift drivers earn, I’m interested in doing the course but I’m also wondering if it’s worth doing something else if the money isn’t great…?

Hi there. I couldn’t honestly say. Local employment agencies are quite often looking for drivers though, I think it would be reasonable? Cheers 👍

Depends where you are, but between £16 and £20 per hour. Typically 45 hours a week Mon to Friday. Working on a new build is stressful and bloody hard work. Commercial sites are less pressured.

I appreciate the effort, but you didn't really teach anything. You basically just said the names of the controls without actually showing what it's for and how it's used. To someone who's operated a telehandler before it may be obvious, but not for someone who's never been exposed to it before.
