Hello, I have currently been using this but im finidng the pressure increases to 15/17 from 4 whihc makes it very uncomefortable. can this be adjusted.

You find it does that if it thinks your not breathing. It pumps to get you breathing again

Yes! This jerk/jump is terribly uncomfortable. Turning this feature to OFF stops the jump..

How to change Cpap.Pressure setting please? Its very hard to find the settings on how to adjust the pressure..i am looking also for your videos but cant find..im working in ROYAL Hospital RT in Oman..hope you can read this..God bless

Hi Chris RD NON CPR Music, thanks for your request. As a patient you can not make any setting on the ventilation. If you are an expert, you should have received instruction or the Instruction for experts. To access the settings menu, the menu and ramp keys must be pressed simultaneously on the prisma SMART (i.e. the two right-hand keys).

Push the two right buttons for 10 seconds and this puts you in clinical mode , you then can set low and the high pressure, I suggest minimal increments till your uncomfort level subsides.

There's only 5 OR 10 minutes soft start option. The manual says it is 5-45 mins. What's wrong?

​@@vincentborg804 You need to change it from the clinical settings. You need to first press the right two buttons for 10 seconds to enter the clinical mode, then you can press on the cog icon. WIthin these settings you can change the maximum for the soft start.

Battling as a first time user
When I turn machine on while wearing mask it goes into mask test mode and then turns off. Just keeps repeating this each time I press start or even if I restart
