I had a ton of fun working on the new send-out ball animation (so well done people don't even notice it!), and making the particles work! hope you all love it 🫶
I love the ball particle animations. Such an amazing idea and you’ve done great work!
@@CallieBuilds The art team killed the particle effects!! The actual throwing ball is done entirely by math, it took me days! It's really subtle and i wouldn't be surprised if most people didn't notice it, compared to the current laser beam :)

The pokeball particles remind me to Sinnoh's pokeball stickers that could do the same thing in Diamond and Pearl!!
PLEASE POKEMON RIDING/SWIMMING/ FLYING! New stuff that is confirmed looks sick!
I'd love a system to change what ball a pokemon is in, the particle effects are goiing to be amazing.

I believe there is already a few QoL mods already out there for this and for altering IV's/Moves/Abilities. Check Curseforge.
@@CallieBuilds maybe releasing pokemon, instead of deleting them, could turn them back into a wild pokemon, which can be caught in a new ball. although i´d have them retain their original trainer data, as if it was traded, if caught by a new player.

Can you add some wild Pokemon attacking the players like garados etc it will be cool and enjoy full and also add Pokemon agression like when Pokemon got hit it will attack with his move super op but ya I love cobblemon mod 🖤
ooo and maybe make aggresive mons into like a dog in minecraft, where they would attack mobs

a cool idea of what they should do is make it where you can catch a mew with some process you have to follow and then pitting mew inside of the fossil process liquid thing could create mewtwo that you have to fight

hey just a thought I had while playing. I think it would be smart to have to spawn rate of rarer pokémon be dependent on the local difficulty of the player, this would reward players for staying in the same location for longer
I like this idea! While I absolutely love exploring Minecraft worlds loading in all those chunks get pretty laggy and knowing you could be rewarded by staying in one spot could be cool!
When does this all come out? It's all so cool, you guys are awesome!
The Cobblemon dev team chooses not to share release dates, in case something bad happens and they can’t deliver it on that date. But I’m hoping it’s soon!

14:10 So how exactly do the Gen 8 fossils work? Do you just put in both parts or is one fossil assigned to one specific mon?
The fossil analyzer will accept any fossils that can create a Pokemon. So if you need two to create a fossil it will accept them as long as it is a valid Pokemon you're trying to create.

Nope, the official copy has not been released yet. This was a snapshot of 1.5
What shader are you using?
It’s complementary reimagined shaders with tweaked settings.
When it's out do we just get it or do we have to mess around with files cuz I have the modpack and the mod and I'm not sure when imma get the update
You’ll have to download the new Cobblemon 1.5 jar from modrinth or curseforge. But it’s not changing Minecraft versions so you shouldn’t have to update your other mods.
@@CallieBuilds ok thx I can do that I was just wondering if the cobblemon modpack will get ruined cuz Im in hardcore and I got like so much stuff and I don't wanna loose it iv been working on the world for almost 3 months
@@t-rexfan650 we’re updating our server (BattleCraft) and have with every update and we don’t lose anything. As long as all your doing is replacing your 1.4 Cobblemon mod with the new 1.5 mod you’re fine.
Only other thing I’d say, is always make a backup of your world before updating just in case something happens.

Just head to the cobblemon discord (you can google it if you're not part of it). In the questions channel there's a pinned comment with a link to the latest dev builds.

"I have increased the game tick speed to 100" The default tick speed is 100, I'm pretty sure.
I looked it up because it’s not something I normally do. The normal tick speed of Minecraft is 20 ticks.
@@CallieBuilds if you mean the randomtickspeed gamerule, the default is 3. this means that 3 random blocks in each chunk will receive an update every game tick (a chance for a crop to grow, farmland to hydrate, etc.)
you might be confusing it with how many game ticks occur per second, which is 20
Can you play Coblemon in Minecraft Bedrock?
Unfortunately no. It's Java only.
