    Coach Jeremy has 40 top of the line sticks and used the whole 2020 CCM Stick line Unreleased and is using a stick from 2016 but I mean Sergachev uses this still

    Loving this short series of shooting videos!
    Any quick tips I can give my 10 year old to get the puck off the ice? I feel like he's missing the wrist flick and just cannot get it.

      Try some of Coach's older videos. He has some on how to achieve that.

      Hopefully he’s improved by now ( I know I’m 2 months late ) but make him practice (without puck) the release, pull back, face forward, follow thru high and finish.

      open up the blade, makes the puck sort of "ramp" off the blade and come up off the ice

    i know it's probably too much to ask, but how the heck do some guys do this, at high speed, from 3 feet from the goal line? some young buck i scrimmage with can pull this off going mach speed, right at the goal line, and right into the roof. with a P28 curve no less. kinda makes me puke.

    Who in the NHL has the most backhand goals, last season and throughout history?

    • @giampaolofini1535
      @giampaolofini1535 Před rokem

      Last season: probably Draisaitl, if not Crosby, if not P. Kane. Backhanders are a dying art, in part bc the stick blades snipers are using are more and more deep toe curves (flatter blades are far better at bh'ers, especially getting lift and zip on them, toe curves are the most awkward at bh'ers and those three players all use far flatter blades than most modern nhlers).
      All time: has to be Gretzky. Not just bc he's the all time leading scorer, but he said he practiced his bh'er more than any other shot. His go-to breakaway deke was hold it on the bh while gliding in (goalies knew how he was just as good shooting on that side and would slide over to cover,) and then 99 would smoothly just pull it back to his forehand while cutting to the left and tuck it in.

    Hey can you do a how to flex your stick while shooting video

    • @nol2521
      @nol2521 Před 2 lety +1

      I mean it depends on the type of shot you’re gonna do, which Jeremy shows in all his videos, but the general concept is to keep your top hand in front of your bottom hand right before you’re about to release the puck, then really lean on that bottom hand, then quickly pull your top hand and release the puck
