The LX has always been a good scooter since its release and I only time I see them for repair is when the get abused.

I got a blue one in October/2023. The seat in very heavy to me about 45 pounds. Great to ride around on

I have one, the scooter has a design flaw. The wheel covers in the back don't cover the tires! They throw water and mud all over my scooter and myself.

I remember having to lift my legs up on the bicycle when I rode through puddles as a kid may be that will help, lol Joking aside, I don't think you're supposed to use these in wet weather condition, I'm sure there's a warning label on the tiller stating that fact. I would defiantly slow down for any standing water and avoid any kind grass or muddy conditions as it can cause damage to the motor, brake and transaxle.

hi i have 2 x 12v 100 hr AGM batteries wanting to know if i use these to replace the two 12v 40amp hr AGM at present quest is can be done with up grading other parts of electric system or is the AMP hours too high cheers bob

Hey Bob, Batteries wired in series only increases voltage not AH but increases voltage. Batteries wired in parallel increase AH but not voltage.
Personally, 100AH is a step to big but, the questions I would ask myself would be.
First thing is can I get the batteries to fit.
I would check the controller rating to see if it can handle at least 100Amps.
If there is a circuit braker in line with the batteries, then also check the amp rating on that.
Next thing you would need to increase the size of the charger to accommodate the 100AH batteries to a minimum of 8amp output and also change the fuse of the charge port to accept the higher charging amps.
Sometimes the battery cables have fuses built into them you would need to check if they can handle increased amps.
Personally, as I have business, I wouldn't do this for legal reasons in case of accidents, the lawyers would love that. If the scooter has a warranty on it would most certainly be void.
      Hope this helps.

Yes, most scooters manufactured today have solid rubber tires hence why they put suspension on them to make for a better ride.
