  • Lumanda is a unique Zambian vegetable which is sometimes cooked with groundnuts (which has a nice mild taste) or with tomatoes, onion and cooking oil (which has a sour taste). This vegetable is enjoyed across all tribes of the country and one i would recommend that you definitely try when you get a chance. We hope you will enjoy this recipe. Buon Appetito!!!:)

    How long should the lumanda boil after you add the groundnuts?

    • @thegoodtimesweshare
      @thegoodtimesweshare  Před 11 měsíci +2

      Hey Hannah, to give you a specific time may be a bit misleading because the quality you may be cooking may be more or less compared to the one in the video,therefore depending on the quantity you are cooking it could vary between 15mins to 25mins for the groundnuts to be well cooked. But always make sure to be stirring from time to time to avoid burning you vegetables after adding the groundnuts. 💖💖 I hope this is helpful ☺️☺️

      Hey Limpo☺️, unfortunately I personally have never come across it online. The best sources are personal gardens and vegetable markets but of course if you are not currently in Southern African countries it even more difficult to find.
