Sir, incoming call should free like before. Validity of incoming call had increased poor expenses more. They are suffering from it.
They have to pay if they want to use their services. Nothing is free.
True previously we get lifetime validity but now we have to recharge every month

Edit :- if they provide 50 rs recharge for only incoming calls/per month

In nepal due to loose government and regulation one of 2 biggest telecom provider NCELL a foreign owned telecom has been evading tax since long ago by just selling company withput paying the tax piled up and new company refusing to pay while the politicians been bribed to quickly make this matter die out. Same thing seems to be happening now.
