Canes have a decent base but need an A lister scorer.

They didn't do squat. Signed 3 players who have never had a 20 goal season. On a team that desperately needs goal scorers. Yea, that was a tremendous move by the rookie G.M.....Canes are gonna be the Dallas Cowboys of the NHL.....

Aho and Jarvis can carry them to a wild card, but this is not a team that will remotely contend for the cup. Defense is much easier to play against, and the forward group is way too inconsistent. Svech is all world levels of gifted and plays like he wants to be known for anything except offense. Most frustrating player in the league.

Aho and svech will never get us there. Andersen is hugely overrated. Most of his great stats were due to our blue line. This team is in worse shape than a horrible team because they are stuck on AA stars and false hopes.

Svech is the issue there. Jarvis outperforms him in every metric.
