INGREDIENTS
- sugar 200 gr
- water 40 ml
- baking soda 5 gr
⠀
Make caramel from sugar and water. Boil until amber in color.
⠀
Remove from the heat, add the baking soda and mix.
⠀
Place in a mold lined with baking paper.
⠀
Refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
