Hey you have copied my "fan service" speech lol Just joking. I absolutely agree. It´s all about what the writers want to write. Anything can work if they want to and NOBODY is irreplaceable. As decades of soaps in our screens and the bigger ratings ED had when Robert was not with Aaron prove :)
It's great to say, "Good, Aaron is moving on" and wanting to see a romance, finally, budding and how cute they look together...however, does anyone really think that sweet Alex can handle Aaron and his amoral family and all the craziness that goes on with the people of Emmerdale? In Emmerdale, as with any other soap, the people are victims or they are making victims. The poor boy doesn't have a clue as to what he is letting himself in for. The family are all on their best behavior in front of him...but if he stays around he will get a good dose of dysfunctional Emmerdale.
I am feed up with all the comments stating they are tired of him going on about Seb. Has anyone ever considered what it will do to him emotionally if Seb turned out not to be his. He is tied to him emotionally. He lost the love of his life. He feels all he has left is this child. Seb not being his will kill him. It will be another great loss. You may not like the circumstances that led to Seb’s birth. I get that. But I would not wish that child to be raised by any of the Whites. My hope is that he stays in Emmerdale, either with Ross or Robert. Anyone is better than that family. Rant over.

Yes I love how you put it. The difference is obvious and vast. They can fight against evidence all they want but it is what it is. The good life for Aaron and the window for NEW stories is this. Not yet another Robron reunion who defies all logic storytelling wise.
