I see a lot of those houston workers not doing anything just sitting inside there work cars not doing anything, some of them be park for hours not doing anything, just looks like they doing some, they also drive like they got no brain, I understand is not everyone doing this but yes most of them are bad workers and some of them can’t even fix a hole on the road. They make them self look bad. And they have homeless kids and adults all over the city.

Oddly enough, ive had since 2010 a small Gov't contracting business that only performs A+ quality & safe work, but for the last 5 years i keep losing my low priced bids to other less qualified shops that beat my price by 10% even though they continually keep performing quick & cheap quality type of work that takes me about twice or longer to safely perform it... seeing this news story baffles me beyond belief🤷♂️
