So i've met Kai a couple of times and 1. He's a huge dork lol. and 2. He's one of the most humble, down to earth guys you'll ever meet. He seriously talks to you like He's known you for years. It's very refreshing to meet someone like that.

While you were getting started doing cable flies I could not help but to notice your tapered waste. This is one thing constantly on my mind! Taper the waste area down! Any info much appreciated!
