Well I'm a Scott stan. I love everything about the guy, hell he's my Guy.exe
So perfect, it hurts actually. I really want to hear Scott in a solo career, singing rock or something like that.
The curious thing about this song is that it might not have made it onto their original album...but fortunately, PTX sang a snippet of this song as they were filming a segment about their song writing while on tour for their documentary video. Fans clamored for the whole song when they saw the documentary. And the rest is history.
Scott's mom and dad always talk about how much Scotty has always sang! Even when he's sick and supposed to be resting you can still find him at his piano singing. That boy never stops!

He was on Star Search, but he was a finalist.
Simply Shy Yes, those are reality shows (like the Sing Off) and not really talent competitions. Scott was too normal and didn't have a "story" they could sell.

I also have an Avi request to throw in as I think it will blow your mind: Avi overtone singing! He can actually sing 2 notes at the same time. My suggestions for the channel version to react to is a compilation of his overtone singing on "PTX Videos's" channel :-)

You guys should react to PTX Sing Off performances. Scott has the lead in most of them. I recommend "Let's Get it On" and "Dog Days Are Over". I think those are his best performances.
All but their fourth performance. I believe it will be blocked because of their song choice. Definitely worth watching it . There are a few videos of them doing it live after the competition if you wish to use it instead.
They did "Misbehaving" in the same place as this. Loved it, loved it and loved it!!!!!!! Do it next, please.

You definitely should react to Scott's cover of red's i should tell your mama on you! It's fantastic and shows hos impressive range. I also wanted to suggest Pentatonix cover of problem and their sing off performances. I would love to see your reactions to these.

You guys, you're like my most favorite people on youtube! Personally, I am very picky when it comes to reaction videos and I honestly couldn't find good reactors because some people just seem to be faking it or shit like that just so the viewers won't get disappointed and I hate those. I really, really hate those kinds of people because from the first second of their videos I can already tell if they're being genuine or not. But you guys, I swear you are so different. From the first time I saw your reaction on Bohemian Rhapsody, I immediately LOVED you guys so much because you were so truthful about your opinions. And when you started to post other reactions to Pentatonix (because I'm a die hard Pentaholic) I get so excited and jumpy and couldn't wait for more of your videos. You guys are the best. To me, it's hard to find people like you who genuinely love and appreciate the music that we've been wanting you to listen to; to be honest I think you guys are actually the only people who I constantly watch and not get tired of your thoughts and your love for the music. And also, I love it when there are bits and pieces of the songs that are short but special, yet you still seem to notice and appreciate those! That's what I love about you guys. Pentatonix has toured in Germany multiple times. I'm sure they'll be back the next time they announce a European tour.
Great reaction! It's clear you like Scott more powerful performances. A couple you havent' reacted to yet (I think) are from the Sing-Off. They are "PTX Born to Be Wild" and "PTX Dog Days Are Over". In Dog Days, Mitch has a beautiful solo, and you get to hear Avi do overtone singing. It would be great to see your reaction to both!
I knew you would love this when I left a suggestion list on Mitch's Vocal Range video, (not saying my suggestion is/was the reason you did it). I watched this twice back to back. Once watching the video and listening to you, then again watching you while listening to the song. Your faces when Scott hit his big descending melisma/riff mid song was a joy to behold. With time closing in on christmas, i find myself (once again) finding pentatonix christmas songs. There is one though that gets played somewhere around ten times more than the other songs. Mary did you know? is absolutely captivating and soothing song that pentatonix gives to an agnostic that just dont care at the moment he hears the song they perform.
Would love to see you guys react to that one as it just delivers in brilliance.
(it can also be mentioned that voctave's version with Mark Lowry himself is explosive and highly impressive as well)
