How do you expect him to do that? Less tax means less money for the NHS, schools, and all those rather important things. The economy is in a bad state. He can't just do a load of things that would make it worse. He needs to raise money somehow and improve how it is being used. That's not something you can just achieve quickly. He can't just undo the damage Truss did just because he wants to. He can't magically reduce the NHS waiting lists without additional expenditure. If he lowers immigration we will have a period where some jobs aren't filled and we're getting less tax revenue because we have less workers.
Any government in this position would need some time to get things back on track.

I’ve read the Labour Party’s manifesto, and while it’s commendable that they’re addressing significant issues like immigration and other public policies, I’m outraged by the blatant neglect of the disabled community. What about us disabled folks? We have voted for you as well. It’s infuriating to see politicians continually overlook the disabled community. I genuinely hope that our island of Great Britain will prosper greatly, but this prosperity must include everyone. We cannot be perpetually sidelined by those in power. Enough is enough.

For one we could have better provision for young people who are severely disabled - quality of life issues need to be addressed because people are not just physical unit to be fed and watered! Also employment and training opportunities need to be improved, as do ease of access in all areas of life. Mate, surely you can think of some improvements you'd like to see adopted so that we live in an inclusive society where we all feel we are valued and supported??
