Also don't go cheap replace new bolts, If you snap one it's going to cost you a lot of headache , and take that yellow thread lock off new bolts, just like I explained in a video ; wish you luck !

Just waiting on Amazon to deliver a few things and making remove the injector clamping start cleaning it up and get it ready to install the new seal. I didn’t want to risk overtorquing, so I ordered a mini torque wrench to help with this project. I’m almost tempted to do all six.

Thank you. Mine Sprinter is 2001 413 cdi 611.981 engine. Are the same torque values and angle valid for my engine's injectors?
I went on eBay and it looks like same injectors that I have on my 2005 Sprinter so I would assume so
Did you find a good service in US to rebuild injectors?
I wasn't really looking for one however I just turning the whole set of injectors my extra injectors to do test on them still waiting for result
On the copper ring, does the flat surface go facing the injector or the engine?
I would put flat towards injector, I personally buy only original once and both of them from two sides are round

Don't use wire brush on the nozzle! You will close the holes...
