Your tuning for the dude is wrong. You got the dropped bottom string right: you just need to drop all the other strings a tone & use G(which will be F) Em, D & C shapes
@@Teuzic i agree with you. The way he frets the chords it becomes clear that the guitar is in D Standard tuning. However what you can do is tune it in drop D, play the chord shapes in the video (slightly modified for f and d) and still have the beautiful low d basslines.
It's in Dm. Jefferson is playong those chords anais had her capo on the5th fret and is playing those chords on the right. They are improvising in all the right places, just let go and do it. They are the same chords for her with capo on. You'll see.
I bless the day I first heard Anais Mitchell singing.
Anais, Beautiful voice color
Fun to play along with that! Thank you for the chords.
mind expanding
thank you
Loved that
So wonderful - 🙏🏽
ur a legend
yes
Could someone please tell me the picking patterns they're using? Or Anais' at least?
Brilliant, I'm not clear on the chord markings for Justin's playing - I don't think they are correct.

I think you are right about the tuning. It appears to be standard tuning, but one step down (D, G, C, F, A, D).
