Your enthusiasm about academics is contagious. Your videos keep me motivated to finish my bachelors degree.
Andy, you have reviewed a lot of tools to assist our journey in research.
If you were writing a research paper, which Top 5 tools would you use seriously?
Clearly, subscribing to all tools would be a waste considering some tools have overlapping functions. Thanks.
Thank you for providing information on current AI tools; I appreciate your efforts. As a current Ph.D. student, finding the line between AI being helpful and maintaining academic integrity can be difficult at times. Your videos help. 🙏
This plethora of AI tools reminds me of the web 1.0, when the internet was flooded with search engines. There were even tools called metacrawlers that would search your string on multiple engines simultaneously and combine the results. Then Google came into the picture, and everything changed. I wonder if something like this will also happen with AI tools.
I had the same thought. Even just looking at Andy's videos, he introduces tool after tool and barely does any comparison or presents pros and cons.
It's not useful to know about 20+ tools for research when you have to spend way too much time with every one of them to possibly find what you're looking for.
Interesting
Wow Andy this video is so much value🔥 Thank you so much, didn't even know about 4/5 of these tools
Cheers Andrew! Good stuff. Appreciate your efforts in this work
I so appreciate all the work you are doing in finding and sharing these tools with us! There is a distinct scientific research bias, though. Is there any chance you would be willing/able to cover some tools that are directed toward humanities & social sciences PhDs?
your videos are SO helpful for anyone who want to keep pace with AI and do not compromise the ethical and academic standards! thanks
You made research simple. Thanks for always benefit🤗👏
Thanks for featuring in Julius AI ❤
Amazing sir. I would like a video on your prep in bringing out a research paper
I gladly follow your videos, keep doing this amazing work of reporting
I have learned a lot from you. I am grateful for what you do. Can you please suggest me a site where I can add the academic journals I want to follow and show new issues?
Dear Andy,
Thank you as always. As a mentor, how would you rate Cognosys vs Mirrowthink? Which would you recommend? It's becoming difficult to actually decide and invest in an AI assistant for research. Looking forward to your addressing this and other advice you would share
Thank you for these valuable videos. Please Please make a video about the "Powerpoint Presentation "of the doctoral defense .For example, I don't know which parts of each section to include because time is too short in defense appointment and I feel like my qualitative project has so much valuable information to offer that I can't really choose which parts to include .... In fact, this presentation file should include what points from each section, especially about the results and findings chapter
Regarding your last topic, I personally think Claude2 is more reliable and consistent compared to GPT4 for academic writing. And Claude2 is free!
only available in UK & USA atm
GPT for creative ideas and use Claude for repetitive tasks
Love your videos.
Would you be able to do a video for people in the social sciences?
Thanks
Andy, thanks for your video! Do you know any tool that can be useful for Theological Studies?
Andy, I love how you don't have any fat in your videos--by that, I mean, you don't waste time getting to the meat of the matter. Your videos start when they start. Thank you for that.
which AI tool is the best for finding references for an article so far?
@drandystapleton, do these AI tools access University databases under subscription or 0nly to open sources? Tnx!
Thank you Andrew!!! You're work is always fantastic. How can I use Meta language model.
sdk.vercel.ai
Is there any phd groups or apps that phd students can meet for advice and encouraging each other???
It would be helpful if you provide the links in the description.
They've been added in
@DrAndyStapleton Could you please share the link of AI Reviewer.. I try to find it, but I was unsucessfull.
Can you suggest how to find references for my research paper once I am done writing my research paper and I couldn't track my references throughout my journey.
Great content! I didn't get the name of the last one (real time comparison app). it's not what it says in the description.
sdk.vercel.ai
I like this channel.....
Productive 11 minutes
hi, i cannot register on mirrorthink....any help ?
something completely unrelated, really nice glasses! Can I get a link to order them?
They are from Clearly: www.clearly.com.au/en-au/glasses/clearly/qy2071-68808500077973
@@DrAndyStapleton Thank you!!!! I am about to start my PhD and had I not come across your channel, I would have been stuck. So informative and insightful! Love all your videos.
I started using AI to help me in my research. I asked it to help me and guide me. Happens it started to do all the work by itself. I gave up on it because I don't want to be accused of cheating by my school supervisors.
please Dr Andrew if you read my comment i will appreciate that you help me; I want to reproduce figures from other papers, what AI tool can I use because i did not found any! please help it's urgent
what is the link for AI reviewer?
reviewer.heyscience.ai
I have saved your name under best friend. Thank you and may you be blessed.
Oh yeah, I am first 😂
Only interested in free stuff.
TLDR People appreciate the information on AI tools for research, but are looking for guidance on which tools to prioritize, links to the tools, and coverage of tools for humanities and social sciences.
HAVING NO INTRO IS SO REFRESHING
