One thing people seem to miss is thus: paraphrasing is your brain doing what it does best which is thinking. If people don't try to paraphrase and synthetize, they cannot be sure they understand the information they are reading. Chat outputs always look right to the untrained eye.

@@jkdtharindu Hi! I got my BSN from University of Phoenix. I highly recommend to speak with one of the student representatives and they will walk you through the registration. If you are serious about going back, make sure you have your school transcript to prevent any delays. I personally worked talked with Ian, one of the school rep and he walked me through the process of enrolling. He spent 2 hours talking to me, asking my future goals in my career. Before you know it, I was enrolled into the program. I finished the program in 10 months. Hope this helps! Best of you luck to you💕

This is why universities should stop wasting time on writing essays but instead move to short answer questions and MC questions. This would actually show if a student knows something. we all know that majority of students cheat in a form of using AI or paying for writing.
I’ve written every paper assigned. I barely learned about this.
I have written eleven papers by myself last semester. My professor for this semester is making me do the same. I am personally tired of writing so I do use ideas from it now and it helps a lot. But I still write it in my own words of course.

Paying for writing is not a good thing to do because the other person can take your money and use AI to write it. And you will get a Zero and spend money.

Phrasely works pretty well too. Not as powerful as Jenni AI, but it's only $5 month. Doesn't have research related features but good for rephrasing and stylistic improvements. The revisions sound very natural, and are difficult to detect. Great for rephrasing paragraphs.

Yes, note-taking is always important. Easy answer - Cite your sources and reference them, always. It does not matter whether you are paraphrasing OR quoting a source directly. Keep in mind that all AI is incapable of providing (thus far), accurate sources. Using AI to 'paraphrase' is tantamount to letting the tool 'comprehend' material that any writer should attempt FIRST and summary FIRST. THEN, consider giving AI your material for improvement. Your ability to learn will be better. Nothing should be done to 'avoid detection'. Such a motivation is immoral and unethical.

It is not 100% correct. I always check the article by myself and sometimes the sentence generated by Jenni and the reference are not really related.

Would you write your whole thesis in Jenni AI or would you just copy&paste some sections from papers to paraphrase some parts with the help of Jenni Ai? Im not sure if I should use the tool from the start for the whole thesis (so that Jenni recognises the connection) or just for a few parts from papers to write the idea of it in other words... What would you recommend?
write your own thesis and use ai just to help paraphrase small sections. It seems unethical to use ai to write a thesis then put your own name to it. Anyone could do that.
Well, I also think it's interesting to essentially have the AI tell you what to write about. Could you teach the AI to inadvertently indoctrinate you? 😅
Haha guys, of course I will write it by myself, I was just asking how to use it properly because I was wondering how the AI recognises the connection to the topic itself. For example, Jenni automatically gives me citations of papers I don't have in my library. I don't think I have fully understood the function yet to get the best out of it…
I understand how some people are mad about AI making people lazy with writing. I can imagine some people felt the same way when Google made search of papers easier and saved everyone from going to the library always to do literature search.

What if I have collected all the necessary information on a certain topic in a document from various sources and feed ChatGPT or another AI with the most important information so that it can write a text for me. Simply for the reason that the text reads better. Isn't it then an individual text and not a text taken from ChatGPT's database? Is it still plagiarized?

I am not so satisfied with JenniAI. Sometimes it recommends text from references which have nothing to do with my topic. And also keeps on suggesting the same written phrases. Or the text which I wrote suggests again at the end of the sentence. I uploaded pdfs in my library and it didn't use anything from there. Even when I asked it, it was saying something like I don't have access to your documents. 🤦♀Or paraphrases in a way that has nothing to do with the original text. It is so weird.

Absolutely correct statement!! I tried JenniAI and was disappointed with it.
When you ask JenniAI to write a Essay on a certain topic it gives you a nice outline and well written introductory part. but probably starts whenever you move on to the next section of same eassy JenniAI starts repeating same texts again and over again. At the end there is no consistency in the writing and the overall outcome is poor.

These days works even worse. If the text is too short it refuses to paraphrase. Or the commands don't even work, like 3days ago, no command was working, even though I restarted laptop. It just keep repeating same sentences all over again. Such a waste of money. And what I dislike is that you cannot paste the tables in jenni ai, while images you can. Nonsense. 😑🤦♀️

Which college do you go to? Turnitin can detect AI writing. Your lecturer just has to enable it. Most don't.
@@bongarozani272 That is not true; AI detection's problem is that it spits out 50/50 or higher scores for every text you upload. So, even if your text is original, it often gets flags as AI-Text. So, the case is much more complex and complicated to identify.
