Great job! Very comprehensive and very informative! I recommend changing the playback speed to 0.75 to get the most out of it and there is a lot! Thank you!
hye arun, thanksssss for all the videos. I just have to comment this. You helped me a lot especially on the needle handling (my first encounter of your videos). All of your videos should be my religious reference for my regional anaesthesia 😂😂😂
Using Bup or Rop 0.25%, 20 to 25ml, do you see significant motor block in legs if this is done in the lower thoracic or upper lumbar region? If so, would this make this more problematic in doing this for a spine surgery for instance? Thanks
Using 0.25% drug in errector spinae doesn't cause motor weakness. Only if deep spread due to incorrect drug injection site can result in motor weakness.
Its in the back. Not much of importance in identifying those muscles. We need tonidentify erector spinae and the underlilying transverse process. That will do. In thoracic region - carefully delineate ribs and transverse process.
The content, the quality of video and way of presentation everything is perfect sir. Just need more time on real time demonstration from probe placement to identification of structures to needling You're the best Sir. Keep up the good work. We're there to support you Sir Waiting for more of your videos
Thanks a lot. Due to the some technical issues, i was not able to copy the saved real time demonstrations. Sorry for that. Hope I can do that in future. Thank you.
That's kind of you to give feedback. I have improved a bit on speed and real time videos. Please do go through my video on needling in ultrasound and let me know. Thank you ☺️🤗
Heyy... Sorry for the speed of the video. Couldn't reduce it due to content length. I've modified it in the upcoming videos. Please do watch it and let me know. Thank u
Heyy guys.... hope you all will get benefitted with this.. its a bit fast... couldn't help it...it was going beyond 25 min and had to compromise on the speed....and i know my face looks expressionless....sorry for that also..
Nice presentation BUT please slow your sentences down: each sentence flows onto the next with no “full-stop”. This makes it hard to keep up. Thank you.
Sir, sorry for that. Had to cut down the time due to the content. So editing was a bit bad. Please do watch my other latest videos. Have made the speed better. Thank you for your valuable feedback.
I am very much disappointing with this video , first of all your speaking speed is much high, it seems like you are mugging up this lecture , please try to post such kind of video as a teacher , otherwise content is good . 👍
Sorry sir for the speed. This was my first video. I understand that it is very difficult to concentrate with this speed. Please reduce the play speed to 0.75x and see. I've tr it ed to improve in other videos. Thank you for watching and giving genuine opinion.

Good demo but where are multiifedus muscle located ?
Its in the back. Not much of importance in identifying those muscles. We need tonidentify erector spinae and the underlilying transverse process. That will do. In thoracic region - carefully delineate ribs and transverse process.
Can I use this block for inguinal hernia surgery? And Above Knee amputation?
You can use. But it will give analgesia rather than anaesthesia. So can be used for postoperative analgesia or along with GA.
