These are nice stretches. I believe a possible fix for a tight back would be to do Squats with No Weights. You can use the arms and core to strengthen upper back posture while the glutes and hamstrings can stretch the back through possible fascial adhesions, and strengthen themselves through time. Muscle balance is key for a normal fit and healthy body.
Do you have any advice for those who are hypermobile in regards to these stretches? Trying the childs pose, and i didnt get any stretches in those muscles bc joints move more than they should (hEDS) and dont know how to activate/stretch correct muscles at will
These are nearly impossible for me to do right now. Well, here's hoping I see some results in a couple weeks.

Awesome thanks. Im super fat, doing carnivore. Dropped close to 60 lbs and definitely more active now. Some reason these muscles are killing me, like super fatigued. Not sure what is causing it hope these stretches help out. I do think my core needs major work. My back has always been weak. Ode to getting healthy lol 😂 ill check out your other vids too.

Try incorporating ginger and turmeric into your diet; they help a ton with muscle inflammation. And of course make sure you’re drinking enough water throughout the day
