That was EXACTLY my thought: This guy tries to intimidate him with, “reasonable suspicion,” then four minutes later he’s backpedaling with, “We have reasonable suspicion to talk to you.” No sweet pea, you’re either a dullard or a bald-faced liar - that’s NOT what you opened with. You tried to coerce him to ID. So spare me your rubbish about how much you respect his rights. You only respect them until the point where it becomes inconvenient for you, then it’s all, “I have a job to do…” bullshit. Yeah, you have a job to do, so go fucking do it you goldbrick and quit asking me to do it for you.

      Yeah that was a good one, almost as good as the lawyer who got arrested on a traffic stop because she refused to answer any questions, she confirmed thats why she was being arrested, because she was remaining silen, then immeditely the cop read her the Miranda rights which obviously begin with "you have the right to remain silent". I wonder if in that exact moment he knew he had seriously messed up.

    That second officer not only uncovering his badge where something had covered it, but also verbally stating his badge number without even being asked made my day. Don't see that kind of thing in these videos often.

    I love how the auditor made a point of saying, in effect, a call to the police is not justification for the forced surrender of ID. I hope that auditors in the future make a habit of incorporating this into their lexicon. Great job, guys.

      @@jamesreagle245 I think that we are beyond the point of trying to embarrass or shame these liars. It is time to revisit what we permit police officers to do and say.
      The problem is that the courts have been the primary agent in permitting the police to avoid any real direct consequences for their actions.
      The courts created the doctrine of Qualified Immunity. Then they applied it in such a way that it protects cops in almost every situation.
      The courts have permitted the police to lie, deceive, and bully anyone with impunity.
      They have interpreted resisting arrest, reasonable suspicion, and what police behavior is allowed under the fourth and fifth amendment to the point that these rights are in danger of being non-existent.

      Sometimes cops will acknowledge the "reasonable articulable suspicion" part but forget about the "of a crime" part. One has to wonder if they they deliberately leave out the "of a crime" part during academy training.

      1AM, not ONLY "acted" like he had to ID, but actually said that outright..... until he got shot down and AFTER his little off-camera phone call.
      As "nice" as these cops PRETEND to be.... sadly, the fast majority "IN THIS DAY AND AGE" are NOT.
      Their one and only motivation is to harass citizens and get as many IDs as possible.
      And yes, 1AM, there IS a nation-wide "database" that they try to keep hidden. It's there!
      Add on top of that, add *NCIC* to the mix.
      Oh, and if you are a Canadian getting stopped, USA cops can also access *CPIC* .
      So many databases, so little time.

      He's obviously used to talking to kids and people on probation who are careful not to challenge "authority" figures. Hilarity ensues when they come up against auditors who know their rights. There was a Johnny Five o video where when the probation officer asked Johnny if he was on parole, Johnny responded with "is your mom on parole"? Hilarious!

      @@ToyotaGuy1971 all probation and and corrections are for profit. You have to pay to be on probation.
      They press on certain people when they're close to release or being discharged from probation. There's counties that say you can't get off probation till you pay all your restitution, which is illegal and against people's rights.

But they did ask his CZcams channel so mabye after they have spent some time watching these types of Videos then mabye there eyes can be opened and they can say I was blind but now I can see and learn just how evil and tyrannical there actions are and have been then mabye they will actually get it but I for 1 will not be holding my breath to wait on that.

    Yeah, LEOs often quote "reasonable suspicion" but rarely "a crime." I love PA. No ID law. They can't force ID at any time.

    Would like to see someone on camera ask the police if they can verify that there was a 911 phone call recorded to dispatch, a radio call place by their dispatch that's recorded and information on the CAD about the people they "get a call" about. That's admissible in court.

    The sad fact is, cops CAN, but are not suppose to, break any rule they want to, make you do something you know isn't right and can make you fight in court to prove you were correct and they were incorrect. If you are even allowed to or have the opportunity to try or able to prove you are correct. The idea that it can all go the wrong way using all the correct methods of doing the right thing is a terrible reality.

      Ending qualified immunity would do wonders. Make each officer carry insurance just like doctors. Don't have the public pay for their mistakes.

      You are right. People often say just follow what the cops say and deal with it in court. BUT, you have pay a lot of money, take a lot of time, and then hope that the jury will follow the evidence. Good luck with that. There is a reason we have so many folks in prison who do not belong there.

I get tired of hearing this from officers 9/10 you’re purposely miss representing the law in order to violate peoples rights. These officers kept a calm demeanor but for ever one of those “calm” officers on scene there are probably 20 more in there department who’s not

      Dude my sister hates that I watch these videos.... Even tho she's been arrested alot and she hates cops but apparently she hates constitutional audits more cause she thinks anyone standing for her rights is an idiot. I stand strong and she always belittled me but hey I've never got arrested and I've never let a cop talk to me when they shouldn't.
      Cops tried to Id me while being a passenger in a car on a stop. The driver went ahead and gave them my name and info. We are no longer friends..... Always stand for your rights.

    The fact this officer tries to justify his actions by saying they just want to know who he is so if they get more calls they can say he's ok is an excellent example of what is wrong with the state of policing. It shows they don't investigate crimes, they investigate people. If you get more calles tell them the activity is legal.
