Hey everyone! My lyrics for Maria's Theme got such nice feedback, so I decided to do another song from Mad Father - Aya's theme! It was quite a difference going from a deeper, full voice to a whispery, cutesy voice, but I hope it still turned out okay!
These lyrics were sitting around for a while because I couldn't find an instrumental to sing along to, but this week I finally decided to get off my lazy ass and play piano to it. So I stuffed myself into a dress, got all the equipment set up, and what do you know? The neighbors start mowing their damn lawns B( Oh well, at least in the end I finished.
Sorry the sound quality is sketchy, but I guess that's what happens when you whisper-sing, rip game audio, and record an upright piano incorrectly. Derppp.
I am on a 9 day trip in the east coast visiting colleges, so there won't be updates for a while. I hope you all enjoy this! (:

Kinda sad how Aya ended up just like her father...almost makes you wish the dad succeeded in making her a doll, he just wanted her to stay pure....well maybe the clone he made will fair better.
Well I guess the clone is doing better. She's a follower of that oichi-whateverhisnamewas in the later game, Misao. She's a little bit nutty, though.

Ooohh library was Aya's clone. I had it in my head that Misao was supposed to be the one that came first for some reasona dn just ended up confusing myself. Now that I see its the other way around it makes sense.
***** true ending points it out....also in the new game+ thing where you replay there are diary entries by the mom and dad talking about finding out Aya has been torturing and killing animals and hiding em in her room, much like how child dad did.

I love Aya. She's one of the very few...innocent horror RPG characters I can think of, that I can sympathize with. Mary, Madotsuki, Aya, Viola/Ellen...I hardly ever feel strong connections with characters like Aya, but something about Aya was just...I just had to feel for her.
