    Dr. Saeed Mustafa,
Thanks so much for uploading such lectures. I was initially concerned about the course content when I saw the syllabus, but once you began teaching here, it came to me clearly.
Thank you for the extra details you put in this lecture and for making them super short to get the core concept of things. I really appreciate your talent and dedication to your avocation and your students.
You’re a gem, and I really feel honored to have taken this course from you.
    Sincerely,
    Baseerat

Dear Sir! Thank you for your lecture on crossbite! I wondered if you could answer my question how one can know if there is enough bone for the molars to expand in the maxilla if one has a posterior crossbite? I am 40 years old and would like my crossbite to be fixed. Thank you!

I am hoping you can help as I am very anxious about getting braces Tuesday. I am getting braces at 38 years old! I believe I have what is called a unilateral posterior crossbite which is on my right side and effects all teeth from the lateral incisor and back. Can you tell me what this means as far as where the elastics will be placed? "Your treatment plans calls for the bite blocks which are the things they glue on the top of your back teeth to prop your bite open. It also says you'll have elastics (crossbite, Class 2 and midline) and we'll monitor your recession on the posterior right side."
Also, have you heard of a vibration device to help with discomfort and also potentially helps your treatment move faster?

Treatment should be done in its due time, should not be accelerated as it can harm the teeth.
